HornetX Guidelines

Photo Guidelines

• All people in the photo must consent to the photo upload
• Any sexual acts shown must be 100% consensual
• All people in photo must be 18+
• No blood, heavy cuts, injuries, wounds (including simulated)
• No feces (scat) or vomit
• No photos of the dead or injured, victims of disasters, crashes, or military conflicts;
• No suicide or self-harm;
• No human/animal cruelty;
• No photos of diseases and their consequences;
• No violence, including simulated or faked violence
  • fully consensual BDSM scenes are allowed, providing it does not break any other rules
• Illegal Sexual Activity (zoophilia, pedophilia, incest, etc.) - instant permanent block without the right to appeal.
• No photos that show any form of discriminatory content (see Usage Guidance)
• No photos taken from the internet

Usage Guidance

When using HornetX, all users must adhere to the following rules.

NO DISCRIMINATORY CONTENT

There must be no discrimination based on any of the following areas

• Race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, skin color;
• Orientation, gender identity;
• Age, height, or weight;
• Disability, genetic information.

AUTHENTICITY

• All profiles must be an authentic reflection of you
• Multiple profiles are allowed, but, it must be clear that all profiles are of you, in text and images.
• Absolutely no impersonation of other people
• No attempt to pass off as HornetX staff; contractor, stakeholder or having any special relationship with HornetX.
• No use of HornetX logo, without prior authorized HornetX consent

PRIVATE INFORMATION

• No defamation or any public statements about other users;
• No use of other people's photos, phone numbers, or usernames;
• No public queries about other people;
• No screenshots of other users' profiles or chats;
• No photos of ID cards or other documents that might disclose your or other people's identity.

COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES

• No escorting, paid massage, trades, or other commercial activities;
• No advertising services, goods, events, websites, or smartphone applications;
• No links promoting external channels or group chats (especially questionable ones);
• No begging and bank account details;
• No questionable or illegal job offers, or ways to earn money.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

• Drugs;
• No queries, no consumption, no distribution;
• Drug use or demonstration of any drug accessories - this also applies to countries/regions where drug use is legal;
• Drug sales will result in instant suspension.
• No aiding, supporting, promoting, taking part in or facilitating of a sex trafficked person
• No photos or descriptions of non-consensual activity

MINORS

• No underage users. HornetX can be used only by people who reached 18;
• No underage search – instant suspension.

MALICIOUS BEHAVIOR

• No humiliating or offensive remarks about HornetX users or staff;
• No harassment, threats, bullying, or trolling;
• No nazi, neo-nazi or extremist organization symbols or slogans. HornetX staff decision will be final on what constitutes any of these organizations.

SPAM AND SCAM

• No spam in private chats;
• No scams or fraud;
• No luring money or obtaining personal information;
• No fake giveaways or awards.

Reporting Guidelines

If you see that any of these rules have been broken, you should immediately report the profile or content to HornetX.

There are a number of predefined reporting reasons to use. If the infraction is not covered by any of these predefined categories, use the “Other” category and give full description

Any blank “Other” reports will be ignored.

Here are the reporting categories:

Underage
To be used for reporting anyone under the age of 18

Fake Profile
To be used for reporting profiles that have stolen identities, or are attempting to pass themselves off as another person or HornetX staff.

Offensive/Inappropriate photo
To be used for reporting photos that go against the guidelines

Commercial Profile
To be used for reporting any commercial activities (selling poppers, prostitution, etc.)

Harassment / Bullying
To be used for reporting unwanted in-chat behavior or inappropriate/discriminatory profile description

Spam/Scammer
To be used for reporting bots, spam or scam profiles

Drugs
To be used for reporting profiles mentioning drugs

Other
To be used for reporting anything that doesn't fall under any of the report categories above

It's important to differentiate between Fake Profile, and Fake Photo cases:

• If you notice that someone is using another person's photos on their profile to deceive users and pretend to be someone else, please report the profile and choose the Fake Profile reason.
  • Fake Profile would also be used in the case of a profile created to shame another person
• If someone has uploaded photos obviously taken from the Internet instead of their genuine ones, please choose the Offensive/Inappropriate photo reason.
